We have participated in the 4th Spanish Congress on Biocatalysis (Donosti, Sept 5-6 2024) and the 5th edition of the Ibero-American Congress on Biorefineries (Jaen, Oct 2-4 2024). In both conferences, we have presented our latest work on the synthesis of flavonoid and bioactive oligosaccharide derivatives, using agro-industrial waste in all cases. Specifically, we showcased the main lines of the European LIFE-CYCLOPs project, where we work with waste from the wine and olive oil industries.
